Each group retreat can host up to 20–22 participants and programs can be arranged for one week, two weeks or even a full month. During this time, participants follow a structured training program combining physical martial arts training with philosophy, discipline and personal cultivation.

Daily training includes Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. These traditional arts help develop strength, balance, focus and inner stability. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, participants explore both the physical and philosophical aspects of martial arts practice.
