I am a registered respiratory therapist, movement flow instructor, and certified breathwork and somatic coach, and I came to the Japan Osaka Kung Fu School for both personal and professional development.

I am very impressed with the overall experience at this kung fu school in Japan. From the communication via WhatsApp with Kathy to the care and attention from the Shifu, everything felt well organized and supportive.

I would highly recommend this training to both beginners and more advanced practitioners.
The program offers a diverse and structured immersion into Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong training in Osaka.

After only 30 days, I left with two kung fu forms, the 24 Tai Chi form, a dynamic Qi Gong practice, experience in static Qi Gong, and an introduction to Chinese kickboxing (Sanda). The only thing I would do differently is stay longer next time. I definitely plan to return for a 3–6 month training program in the future, and possibly continue my journey in China head academy Kunyu Mountain next time.

This is also a very unique and meaningful way to experience Japan, combining martial arts training, discipline, and daily life practice at a kung fu school in Japan.

Sincerely,
Lion
